  5. All users of the Internet Control Center (ICC) must accept
  6. this agreement in its entirety.  Your use constitutes agreement
  7. to these terms.
  8.  
  9. ICC is supplied AS IS.  The author disclaims all warranties,
  10. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the 
  11. warrantees of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  12. The author assumes no liability for any damages, direct or
  13. consequential, which may result from the use of ICC.  If 
  14. this is unacceptable to you, discontinue use now.
  15.  
  16. ICC is distributed as shareware and is provided at no charge
  17. to the user for evaluation.  You may distribute it freely, 
  18. as long as it is not altered or included in another package.
  19. Only distribute the original iccnnn.zip archive with all 
  20. files included.  Copies are available on our site and all
  21. major archives.
  22.  
  23. If you received ICC as part of a startup package which has 
  24. been customized for your Internet Service Provider, you have
  25. a custom version which MAY NOT be redistributed.  It will be
  26. stamped with logos and trademarks of your ISP.
  27.  
  28. Anyone distributing ICC for any kind of remuneration, or as 
  29. part of a package or set of programs, must first contact
  30. UsefulWare.  Rack vendors, mail-order houses, etc. must have
  31. written permission from UsefulWare to distribute ICC.

  33. If you decide to continue using ICC after a reasonable trial
  34. period, you must pay the registration fee to UsefulWare.  This
  35. will license one copy for use on one machine.  Commercial users
  36. *Must* register after a reasonable trial period or discontinue
  37. use. Site license arrangements are available.

  40.                ATTENTION INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS
  41. If you would like a customized version of ICC with your name/logo,
  42. to distribute to your new users, I can provide this at NO CHARGE
  43. to you. Each user will then have the option to register the package
  44. if they desire.  You also have the option to pre-register your users
  45. at 50% off the regular price, on condition that you provide it as
  46. part of your startup package.  Other customization and features can
  47. be handled on an individual basis.  Complete install/setup programs
